Unable to access my account.

Hello,

I wanted to contact a agent through the chat as I am hearing impaired. I went to press "mange your account 24/7" an error appears: 403 error, the request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. Generated by cloudfront (Cloudfront). Request ID (it shows all these letters.

What does this mean please? I would like to access my account.

This seems to be a widespread problem.

It's the same for me ...

@Maine87  If you have an O2 store nearby you could call in and ask an assistant to call customer service on your behalf to help you with getting access. Make sure you bring identification with you.

Hello, thank you for the reply. It's looks like the account is working I have tried it now and log in works and able to access "my account". Smiley Happy
