I canceled my 02 account because I moved to another country and I have a positive balance. I need to refund my account, but there's no way to do it on the website. I've tried everything, and they don't even want to help me. What terrible service!

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
