Wi-fi calling not working

Hi,I have an Iphone XS running IOS 17.1.2. In the wi-fi calling settings I cant switch it on - when I try I get a message to contact O2 to switch this on. On the O2 web site it says wi-fi and 4G calling is switched on. Can you help.RegardsGeorge
