I've had my phone for approx. 3 years now, on a 24 month contract. My phone has recently stopped working so looking for an upgrade but my account does not recognise my number. Not sure what to do here!

Resolved! PAYG Classic cut off!! (without warning)

Has anybody recently been cut off even though used very recently? (no signal, sim unassigned, balance £0 etc.) I managed to get it back and credit re-established after a couple of calls to C/S. What gives??

Resolved! Cancelling contract without calling`

Im starting to get annoyed. I suffer from extreme anxiety and am being forced to make a call to cancel my contract. This is disgusting and bordering discrimination. I have tried to find many work arounds and cannot.
