volt benefit's not applied yet

How long does it normally take for these to be added it's been a week now and they are still not active, I'm concerned my data is going to run out! any way this can be speeded up? I have been reading horror stories where people are still waiting 6 we...

No volt

My account tells me I'm all set for volt benefits and will take a few days to show in my O2 account. It is now 3.5 weeks since showing it will take a few days. Should it be on by now.

Hi,I have both Virgin Media with broadband and am an O2 customer. I have tried to activate my double data Volt benefit with no success.The address and area code show up correctly in my Virgin and O2 accounts.Please can you assist with this?
