Two payments taken the same day?

I have my account set up to automatically top up by £10 when my balance goes below £5. My monthly fee was deducted yesterday and then the top up loaded as expected. Exactly 2 hours later a further top up of another £10 was taken from my bank account....

Voicemail charges outside Europe

Hello everybody. I joined O2 today, and wondered if anybody could tell me if there are charges for:(A) receiving a voicemail when roaming outside Europe ?(B) listening to a voicemail when roaming outside Europe ? Many thanks!
