Phone contract

Hello I currently have 2 phone contracts in my name 1 is mine and the others is my daughters. Is it possible to transfer her phone to her name and remove it from my account so she is in control and can pay herself?

She would have to get a contract in her own name and pass a credit check

Then transfer the number across to the new contract

That would end the old contract but there may be fees to pay up to the minimum term
