I've put a list together at the best of what I can find and my knowledge to help where possible.

SignVideo - Speaking to O2 using British Sign Language

by Wa10 on ‎15-09-2017 10:49 - last edited on ‎25-09-2017 12:44 by Community Manager (3,980 Views)

What is SignVideo? If you communicate using British Sign Language (BSL) then contacting companies over the phone can be quite a challenge! There are of course Text Relay services (formerly known as TextDirect and Typetalk) such as NGTS, however they can be quite cumbersome - wouldn't it be great if you could just have a normal, free-flowing conversation using BSL in the same way that others pick up the phone and talk to an advisor? Well, the great news is that with SignVideo you can do exactly that!

Do O2 offer the SignVideo service? Yes, absolutely! O2 are proud to offer this innovative solution for BSL users to contact the Customer Service team. Lots of other companies use SignVideo too, which is great as it means that it's getting easier for BSL users to communicate in the way that spoken language users do.

by Wa10 on ‎13-09-2017 15:14 - last edited on ‎13-09-2017 17:48 by (8,394 Views)

I posted quite extensively on a recent thread about credit files and realised that there were quite a few misconceptions, so thought a bit of a mini guide about O2 and your credit files may help fill in some blanks, and also provide a resource to help other customers in the future.

Some of this is about credit files in general, and some specific to O2, although it all ties in together.
