Forum Guide: Registering on the Forum.

Hopefully, this guide will walk you through the forum registration process, but why register?

You will be able to create a topic to get help, reply to other posts to offer help, give Kudos, chat with other members and fully join in with all the fun and competitions on offer in our friendly O2 family forum. 

If you are on a monthly contract just sign in to the forum here https://community.o2.co.uk/ using your normal MyO2 sign in details then go directly to here  https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile to choose your username (see below for more details on this).

That's all you need to do and you can join in immediately.

If you are PAYG, if you have a My O2 account you can follow the same steps as above.

If you don't have an My O2 account or if you're NOT an O2 customer, you need to go HERE

Then click on "Register now"

Enter your (UK) email address in the box provided and click on "Continue"

On the next page enter the code sent to your email address, don't forget to check your spam folders 😁

Next enter your mobile number and select "continue" 

Check your texts and enter your code and hit "continue"

Now enter your name and date of birth:

Create a password,

and set your security question (this can be different to your main O2 security question and password, if you wish).

Review the T&C's then click on "register now"

That's the registration process completed, now select sign in.

Enter your username/password and sign in 

Select your mobile phone number and hit text me a code

Enter the code sent via SMS and press Continue.

Navigate to Help and then Check O2 Community.

Click on "My Settings"

This is where you need to choose your username (this name will appear on the forum) so make sure it's what you want to keep and that it fits within the community guidelines)

Finally, choose if you want to receive emails from the forum in connection with your posts or threads that you post on.

You can now go to the forum home page and join in with the discussions, start a new thread or just introduce yourself and say "Hi"
