Resolved! New Apple Watch sim not working

Really struggling to get help via customer services on my new Apple Watch. Showing connected to o2 but no 4g connection or bars. Can’t seem to explain the issue well enough for someone to be able to help me. any suggestions?

Resolved! Apple Watch contract stuck “activating”

Any ideas how I get this resolved? I am on a monthly sim-only contract and have added Apple Watch for £5 per month. The status on my iPhone is “activating”. O2 services can’t see my contract online but I have received a contract via O2 text message.
