Netflix charged twice on my phone bill

My 02 phone bill has just came in and it’s £109 for an iPhone 14? Netflix has been charged twice once at £17.99 and again for £15.99 and I just paid my last phone bill so don’t know where this is coming from ?

Where can I find "My Settings"

I have an account on My O2 but I wish to post a question on O2 Community. I believe that to do this I need to create a display name in "My Settings". Where can I find I find "My settings"?

Says my account isn't ready

I changed my password as it wasn't working and now that I logged in it's says I can't log in because my account isn't ready, and I have to wait 48 hours but it has said this before when I tried to log in previously
