Change of personal details

Please how do I change my personal details when my names are spelt wrongly and my title isn’t correct. I was trying to do that but the code are been sent to the number that I have no access to. Please kindly help out.

Unable to access account

An employee set up a family and friends account adding 3 of my phones (employees) and her own + an ipad for herself. I pay for all items, stupidly I did not know I was paying for hers. She has left my employment and is refusing to answer my calls etc...

Resolved! Call From O2

I received today 15 April 2024, at 15:45, a phone call on my mobile claiming to be from O2, and wanting me to change my password, in order to apply a discount on my monthly bill. I refused & hung up. Can O2 confirm whether this call was legit or not?

Rolling plan

Hi, I have just clicked on a link that said I could re-new my rolling plan as I have run out of data. I have topped upmy phone but it is saying it won’t start till 28th? The reason I topped up was so I get the plan to start today.Thanks Debbie
