Automated payment line not working

Whenever I call the automated payment line, it will say the greeting and then automatically cut the phone off and it will happen time and time again no matter the time of day I may call. I’m so confused

unable to log into account

I have been trying for 2 days to log in to my 02 account- keeps saying they have sent a text with security code- no text sent- tried so many times yesterday that it stopped allowing my text (not that I had one!!!) come through
