Can't access O2 priority

Purchased a new phone around 9months ago from O2 to use priority and it doesn't work with the app when using a business account. So far I'm paying for your overpriced ****** services with non of the benefits. The signal is also terrible.

Using Oppo Find X2 Neo in USA
