Hi i recently transferred my o2 number to another new o2 contract I'm now on day 8 with being unable to receive calls, I can make calls send txts and use Data but not receive calls, I'm at a loss on what to do spoken to customer services numerous times, chated on social media but they insist the transfer has went through and have tried all the rests and on off sim out stuff they now passed me to another department but not very confident it will get sorted if they ever get back to me any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Porting is done by a third party and can take up to 24 hours to fully complete, although a lot longer of late, especially if you were with another provider at any time.

It's migration in your case. A simple procedure that O2 don't appear to be able to carry out
