Priority accounts linked

I have 4 phone lines in my family group, all signed in to priority separately.They appear to have become linked so if I redeem an offer on my phone it shows up as offer already used on the other 3!Please help.

Cancelled my o2 Upgrade

Hi, Looking for some feedback guys, on Monday i upgraded my phone to the 16 Pro Max and it got stuck in processing. I managed to get them to cancel last night so i can go into store tomorrow, will the cancellation be shown by then?
