I am just asking this quickly as really unhappy with this clowns above and O2 now…
We are a small business - 6 phone lines/handset deals - 1 iPad… literally about 3 years ago (I can’t even remember who called who first) but I had a couple of contracts with a few months left but the handsets were playing up - to cut a very long story short a VERY good salesman from what he explained to me at the time was like a subsidiary of 02 & their job was to “look after” smaller business accounts for 02 like ours & he could sort this problem out for me and he would be my “account manager”… so he definitely got me to sign something & return it but he sounded great - He was going to be my “go to” if I had any issues or needed anything… he suggested I used 2 upgrades that were due from 2 of my other contracts then simply put the SIM cards in from the 2 phones that were playing up… he was friendly & helpful…. For instance we had an iPad that I had just “lost” whilst on holiday in Croatia…although it only had a £20 capped data sim in it…it wasn’t insured (I used it for checking on the business whilst on hols) it was still perfect & still worth a few ££ as had not long paid my last instalment for it…the company who looked after the apartments we had stayed in had emailed me on my return to the UK to say me they had found it and at the time I just asked them to turn it off and find out how much it would be to post it back to me and I would give them a reward for finding it and also reimburse their postage… this new “Account Manager” promised to put a stop on the £20 data sim…he promised to sort out the upgrades for the contracts I had used the headsets for the ones that were breaking…. Then had massive family problem son tried to commit suicide wasn’t well at all for about six months seriously depressed to the point that I was nursing him as he was so weak I told this account manager manager as he started to call me about the upgrades. I told him the situation explained I wouldn’t be looking at anything to do with the business and upgrading anybody unless something broke or anything I’m concentrating on looking after my son. I think it lasted about three months after that they continuously if it wasn’t this account man it was someone from hounding me with phone calls and text messages even though it made it very clear as soon as I was ready and not concentrating on making my son better than I’ve been contacting him, but he did not leave me alone. They’ve literally HARASSED the life out of me…. They found my phone whatever phone my house phone or the mobile and if they don’t get an answer which they don’t because I know their numbers they try and find another number. They also refer immediately again even though they’ve just phoned and you haven’t answered there’s nothing more annoying than that. If you don’t answer the phone then you don’t wanna speak, but they still keep calling…. More to the point what really really really angry about is it turns out that airtime solutions have three of my seven contracts or whatever you wanna call it they don’t have my whole business even though it’s small and he lied… they have used so many tactics to try and tie me into new contacts with the three phones that they have of Our they even phoned our company director who is my partner in real life who never speaks about admin that’s my job in the company Secretary and they told him that he’s doing an upgrade and that if he didn’t upgrade that the prices would go up quite considerably and they completely lied because I didn’t they just rolled over. I know this because I purposely haven’t upgraded or spoke to him because I wanted to get away from him since then I’ve spoken to O2 about it I said two there is absolutely no way I would’ve signed up to have three lines looked after by one place and then you have the other four. I’ve got total loyalty to go to the only ever been great but now they don’t seem to be that bothered. I don’t know anymore so I just wondered if anyone else had any ideas the lady that I’ve been speaking to was very helpful and said that I can give it time solutions 30 days to get away from them but now I’m thinking I think she’s actually just signed me up for upgrades with the phones that O2 has been there and now she’s sort of backtracking on what she’s saying and saying that she can’t help me with time solutions so why am I even here? Joanne Bridge (O2) she has even told me I won’t have much of a case if I spoke to complaints and to be honest when I could hear my house phone ringing again the other morning and other times solutions are emailing me and emailing me to discuss the fact that I’m written to them telling them (as this is what the lady from O2 told me I could do)…. THEY STILL EMAIL ME SAYING THEY CAN’T GET HOLD OF ME TO DISCUSS MY DISCONNECTION WITH THEM I DON’T GIVE IT ABSOLUTELY TOSS IF I HAVE TO PAY. I JUST WANT TO GET AWAY FROM THEM NOW. I’M AT THE POINT. I’VE TOLD HER TOO SO I WANT TO SEND BACK 3 PHONRS & AB IPAD THAT’S HELPFUL JEAN MANAGED TO TALK ME INTO AND JUST LEAVE 02 ALL TOGETHER….
I think it is a appalling after being a loyal customer for 10 years that experiences before I do go to complaints because I’ve got that even that’s not gonna get very far as Joanne from O2 her self told me….disgusting… in fact I won’t be surprised if this post even got taken down like the last time I asked for some advice I was told it wasn’t relevant or nonsense but I am so angry. These people are allowed to literally lie and I mean lie…

Unfortunately not unheard of from these 3rd parties. and to make matters worse you are not a direct customer of o2, but of Airtime Solutions (who are just a reseller). They are not o2, and shouldnt claim to be so.
This will be why o2 wont talk to you or are able to help in Customer Services..
Your only course of action is to follow there complaints process, which strangely I can't find on there website..
I would find their directors via Companies House and email them directly
Sorry there is very little else o2 or anyone on this community of customers can do..
