I have been a member of both O2 and Virgin Media for many years without any issues - so far!
Virgin Media recently issued instructions for me to link my VM and O2 websites, which I followed religiously, and after completing the operation I had access to the VM website but not to the O2 website. Whichever way I try to access MyO2 on the O2 website I get an error 400 and the page states 'Ooops. We can't find the page you're after'.
I did not changed anything on the O2 website before carrying out the link and all instructions for that link were carried out on the VM website using their instructions.
It has now been over two weeks without any access to MyO2 website and having notified VM the only thing they could come up with is that it must be an O2 fault!!
All I want to do is separate the link between O2 and VM but they can't/won't help me.
Has any body in this forum come across this issue and worked out a resolution?

Following a discussion with a VM technician over the weekend the link eventually has been repaired and all is now ok.

The link that works after registration is complete (including setup of oauth using your phone's biometrics) is:
See if that helps, @pineman - otherwise start from o2.co.uk and work to your MyO2 from there.
If you need O2 assistance, use X or FB links below to engage the O2 Social Media Team - and be persistent.
Good luck!

Can't help with a resolution @pineman but I have the same issue.
Ongoing for 2 weeks now without any progress.
@Dave-O2 is trying to help, but is having the same problems and getting nowhere currently.

Thanks for your reply and advice.
The link you provided works a treat but only if I use it directly from your post!
If I access MyO2 using that link and bookmark the page, then use the bookmark, it doesn't want to know and throws error 400.
The problem is that if I try and connect to O2 the link set by VM tries to take over and cannot authenticate itself.
If I start from scratch, as soon as I try to sign in or even register - error 400 strkes again.
I'm going to keep on at VM. They set up the link so they should repair it.
Thanks again.

VM have made a real mess of this 'link' business. Their community site is inundated with complaints but little or no resolution.
