Hi,
I have a really frustrating and recurring issue with this offer. I claim the offer on the priority app and then it shows me a code and a link/button labelled "Copy code and go to site" which I assume should take me to a Vue site to finish the booking etc. but the link/button just does not register as a link or button on my phone (iPhone). So I am just stuck not able to actually use the offer. There also doesn't seem to be a way to use the offer through the Vue site, it is like you have to access Vue through O2 priority for it to work.
I used to be able to get around this, by using the O2 priority website, that worked fine - but now that appears to be closed down (apparently as of 11th August 2025), so the priority app is the only option!
I cannot be the only person affected by this - please can someone help?

Try deleting the priority app and reboot phone before reinstalling.
