Hi all im looking to pay off my device plan but every time i click on the device plan section on either website or my O2 app it redirects me to an error page. Even the chat bot gave me a link and that does the same. It seems to take me to the proper device plan page but then quickly redirects after 3 seconds to the error page.
Is there an alternate wat to pay off my device plan in full? Can i email customer services or can i actually speak to a real person in the live chat?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
