Removed out of bundle charges reduction

Just got an email saying I removed this ‘as per my request’ however I have not contacted o2 since taking out my phone in 2022. Also got a text to say ‘Thankyou your order has went through’ what on earth is going on?!

Cancel my contract

I have an O2 sim that I use for wifi and I don't use it in a phone. I got this sim as part of my Virgin deal a couple of years back. I would like to cancel my contract but I cannot receive the code as I don't have the sim in a phone!

Network not working when using dual SIm
