It seems o2's systems were having a moment @haskinner as there are LOTS of similar messages on here.

The feedback we have received is as follows:

We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

These codes are genuine and provide £100 off the upfront cost of the Samsung S24 128gb and 256gb handsets. This code can be used in store or via your My O2 account 👍

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
