3G Switch Off, still getting text messages from O2.

I have upgraded to a 4g phone as I was getting regular text reminders from O2. Talking about the 3g switch off.

But despite having upgraded to a 4g phone (Nokia 105 4G), with 4g enabled,

I am still getting weekly reminders telling me to upgrade my phone, and that 3g will be switched off.

I find it concerning to still get these messages despite having done what I was told to do.

Can anyone help?

Thank you

@BeachBoy00364

They will be system automated messages.

Call O2 on 4445 to tell them you have changed phones.
