I got an email and text telling me that the above voucher was due to expire on 2/7/25, however I have no idea what this is referring to. 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store. The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code
