I’ve ordered a phone with o2 and got a message this morning saying it’s ready to pick up but then right after I got that message I got another one that said it wasn’t ready to pick up up yet, what do I go by?

Signal drop and zero connection

The signal at home drops and is on 2 bar 4g most of the time. Southgate N london.in east Barnet it was zero connection.
