spent hours on phone with O2 and can't face it all much more as hard of hearing.
son is in Australia..only uses his 02 number for what's app so wants to retain number. has no access to the number for texts etc.
pay monthly account coming to end of contract.
1. so need to cancel airline contract.
2. retain number ie get PAC code .
3..take out new pay as go sim with someone to register number with.
I am 02 customer too but contracts are separate. depending on who I talk to at 02 depends on how far I get or how helpful they are.
They cannot send my Son a text message to get through security as he has no access to that, but can send an e mail to him which I can also see.
any suggestions as to how we can proceed to achieve this simply, without causing too much stress etc would be gratefully received..
