Resolved! eSIM - new customer

Hey, Just joined o2 and selected eSIM as my delivery option for a sim only deal. Despite following the guidance online, nothing shows in myo2 account - can’t even track the order. tried the my o2 app that refuses to sign me in. what gives? thanks
