Resolved! unable to use my mobile data since i came back from overseas last june 30

Hi. i’d like to enquire why can’t i use my modile data ? i came back from holiday outside of the uk, then i came back here on 30th june, sincce then i haven’t been able to access my mobile internet. Could you please sort it out. Thanks

Resolved! Recently changed tariff but want dont want to continue

On the 5th July i changed my tariff to a sim only. I am still wanting a sim only but I dont use a lot of data so wanting a smaller tariff if possible? Its not been 14 days as of yet. Wanting a smaller and cheaper plan

Resolved! Account summary

So I want to cancel Disney+ but get told to go to my O2 account, so where in my 02 do I cancel it? HELP tells me to goto my O2 account, click on Account Summary, go to the bottom and click on +So where do you find Account Summary?

Resolved! Change my name and date of birth

I need to change my name and date of birth due to it being in my ex mother in laws name, the bill is paid and always has been paid from my account and it’s my email and everything but I want it in my name.
