Solved: O2 Switch Up

Can I use O2 switch up and switch from iPhone 16 pro max to iPhone17 pro max? My current iPhone is an insurance replacement from O2 insure. My phone was damaged so they sent me a new phone, can I still switch to a new phone using Switch up considering the insurance replacement phone has a different imei number.
