I have just recently upgraded my phone but when I got a email saying that my bill is ready it showed that pay for my new phone and my old phone

The bills have probably crossed, and it will be pro rated.
Also if you had any time left on your current contract then that will be charged..
You will need to contact o2 Payment Management, as no one on this CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER Community has access to your account , number to call is 0800 902 0217
My advice always do upgrades 7 days before your next billing date..
