Bought a SIM card for my son’s handmedown phone to take to secondary school. Trying to add his number to MyO2 and unable to. I get a message saying I have already added the maximum number of PAYG numbers. My son has no email of his own and I do not want to create a separate MyO2 for him as he is 11 yrs old. I have my daughter on my account. We both have monthly contracts. Impossible to find accurate info on this online. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Adding numbers to accounts isn't possible currently.

The only way is to use a different email address.

Thank you for your reply. This is rather inconvenient. This means my 11 year old should create his own MyO2 account?
