I've received an email to say I'm about to start paying for a Disney + Extra, but I don't have this as an extra on my account so can't cancel the renewal. I've tried the online chat, but it doesn't understand that I don't have Disney+ so therefore can't cancel it! It doesn't appear under my extras in any form other than to take up the offer! Help!

You need to contact O2.
