I had a rolling plan for £15 and then I topped up my balance thinking I could use the credit I have for the rolling plan but obviously I couldn't, so my rolling plan expired today. Now I'm trying to switch my tariff to the Big Bundle £15 and when I try to change it, it says there's an error every single time and I don't know what to do. I didn't want to waste any more money on my balance because I topped up with £15 and it took £12 for some bolt on, then I topped up with £15 again so now I have £18.
