I have registered for blue light discount and when I select to confirm it says I can’t as contract has been longer than 28days since 2022 I have just upgraded and started new contract can you please help with this ?

Heya we just switched from EE to Virgin fiber internet and o2 sim , the bundle we were offered on hpne had 6gb internet but we only got 3gb

New sim not activating

Bought a new phone and new physical sim card, opted to keep old number. Old sim was with O2 ( well virgin which was then taken over by O2). Now inserted both old and new sim card into the new phone , selected the activate sim card option online hours...
