Hello,
I normally use pay as you go but last month my bundle wouldn’t update due to technical issues (I think), and I called O2. The lady insisted it wouldn’t work so she set up a completely new number for me with pay monthly. I now see the bundle is working for my original number but on my O2 I now have two numbers and I’m paying twice for only using one. How do I cancel the Pay Monthly package I’m not using and was essentially forced into?
