I encountered some problems when doing my Switch Up last week to the iPhone 17 where I ended up not being able to complete my order online because it wasn’t loading properly so I finished the deal on the phone with O2 customer services who sorted everything for me. Tonight I wanted to buy a pair of AirPods from O2 but it’s not letting me because it’s saying there’s something in my basket that needs reviewing. I go to review it and it’s that deal from last week saying that it’s now expired but I’ve passed the credit check, am I sure I want to cancel, I press yes remove basket but nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this or is this gonna be another call to O2 customer services tomorrow? Thanks in advance!
