If you would like to register for our Access For You service please send us a private message* with the following details and one of our team will get back to you.
*In order to send a private message you will need to sign in with your MyO2 details (or register if you don’t have MyO2) before creating a community name for yourself and accepting the community terms and conditions – it is as simple as that (here is a quick guide to help if needed). Once you are signed in, you can then message a member of the Community team (@Martin-O2, @LukasB or @TheresaV).
Please include the following information in your private message to us:
- Your Name
- Your O2 mobile phone number
- Are you the account holder? If not, who is the account holder?
- What’s the best way for us to get in touch with you? If this is not by your O2 mobile number please provide details.
- Please tell us why you’d like to register for the Access For You service? This will help us to ensure that we offer you the right support.
All your information is protected and will only be used to support your interactions with O2. If you've already registered for our Access For You service there's no need to do so again here as the team will already have your details.
