@Anna777 If Contract- your SIM is active when shipped and you are billed 14 days before payment becomes due. This is common across all UK mobile networks. Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)
If PAYG - your SIM is activated when you first top-up, with every subsequent payment needed on the same date each month to retain your call and data entitlements.
