I bought an O2 International Sim today, the instructions are to login to change tariff to Classic Pay as you Go. I did log in but cannot change tariff. Thinking that I maybe it is because I have no credit, I tried to top up online for many times but no success. I also tried to top up over the phone, but also with no success

@Richie

Buy a voucher from a local shop or ATM for your first top up.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This could be related to yesterday's outage and maybe if you try later? You could call 4445 and speak to customer service and they will be able to help. I expect they, and live chat, will be extremely busy.
