Money taken off my balance which I did not use!!!

I have just had about £1 taken off my balance in 15p increments- as though I was sneding texts- which I wasn't!

IS this related to the current data problems and how am I going to get my money back?

Hi @ML, how are you getting on with this, did you manage to find out what was eating your balance? Any help from the guide @Bambino linked above about premium services?

I was a little confused as there aren't any 15p increments that make £1 and premium rate texts are significantly more than 15p too.
We are aware though, that some customers have suffered from text messages being sent multiple times so you may have sent one which was sent repeatably by the network and for which you were charged?
