I have just had about £1 taken off my balance in 15p increments- as though I was sneding texts- which I wasn't!
IS this related to the current data problems and how am I going to get my money back?

We are aware though, that some customers have suffered from text messages being sent multiple times so you may have sent one which was sent repeatably by the network and for which you were charged?
