Auto-topup

I cannot initiate auto-topup because I am not being offered the facility when I follow the instructions for setup.

Give customer services a call on 4445 when you can.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No. The option to initiate auto-topup is not being presented to me. I may have set it up before under my previous temporary mobile number before it was switched but I cannot see it or modify it if it exists.
