Cancelled sim but cant see device plan

Hi last month I cancelled the sim part of a galaxy book pro 3 I bought Mar 2023, I can see the monthly data plan I had to take for this device has now been cancelled as of today but now I can not see details of what is left to pay off the galaxy book pro which I think still has another year to run. I did make it clear when cancelling 30 days ago I was only cancelling the device plan. My worry is they have cancelled it all and on my next direct debit will try take the full remaining outstanding balance for the book pro 3 ... which should not be the case. Any ideas if my account will update to show the device plan alongside my other accounts I have thanks

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

thanks it is an utter nightmare trying to get through to payment management - I dont understand why o2 can mess up something as simple as a cancellation
