Can I use my phone in Cape Verde, I have got the inclusive bolt on as well as the Europe bolt on

Unless completely unavoidable we would recommend that you use a local SIM card, at least for data, or only use free wifi where available.

By far the best choice @Denise1 

Don't forget to turn voicemail off before you go as an added precaution Turn it off by dialling 1760 and when you get home dial 1750 to turn it back on again.
