i have arrived in Cape Verde and had previously always had the travel bolt on within my account.
on arrival i discovered for whatever reason it is no longer on my account and now i am unable to purchase the travel bolt on for Zone 2.
please help

If you cannot add it in your MyO2, you need to contact O2.
