I can't view my bill

I'm logged into the website but when I try to access my O2 account it says.... 

  Please bear with us. We are really busy at the moment.

 

I've tried several times over as many days but get the same message every time. 

 

I want to view my bill but I'm going around in circles. I see other customers have had the same problem.

 

Can you please advise?

My O2 is offline at the moment, it's taken offline around this time every night for maintenance and for updating accounts.

If you still have a problem in the mrning you will need to call 202 to speak to customer service.

Hi @KK4 

I've just accessed mine via the website on PC and it is fine.

 

At this time of night the system is often down for maintenance so you could try again in the morning.

If you are having the same problem via the app on your phone, delete the app and see if that works?

 

If not you will need to give customer services a call and ask them to reset your account. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
