Hi all, is there anyway to view recent call and text message logs in the current billing period? It seems o2 have moved over to a system where you have to wait for a new bill to generate before being able to view this information. I’m aware all other networks allow you to see the most recent call and text message logs (bar the last 24 hrs) but surely there’s a way you can view this on o2 as you always used to be able to and the old billing system?

Nope, not anymore you will have to use your phone's inbuilt call register..
It's called a feature enhancement

So what if you pay for elderly family members and your own children’s phone bills, and need to access the information in an emergency? Terrible service from o2, time to move to EE or Vodafone.
