My o2 only showing an old account so I cannot view my bill

had o2 account for years but changed to a sim only on a business account for which they give me a temp email address. Now its virgin it wont allow me to use this email address and asks for my rel email address, which unfortunatley only links to the old account?? How can I view my bill in my o2, I only have the one email address??
