I've never managed to make wifi calling work on my O2 phone. From posts on here it sounds like a common problem. So I am hoping someone can help me. I pay monthly and it is turned on on the phone. I cannot for the life of me find the bit on my o2 account where i change this setting. This feels like it should be quite an easy service to turn on but after 1 hour i have given up looking for it. Can anybody help?

@jr11

There's no longer a setting in your MyO2.

Everyone should have it on by default now.

Check with O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

It may also be your phone that isn't compatible too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If you are on contract with O2, and have a supported handset (most Android and iPhone handsets for the last 4 years or so have it) it is now enabled by default on the O2 side, you just need to enable it on your handset, @jr11

If you are O2 PAYG, WiFi calling is not quite there yet - soon, hopefully!
