Hiya,

I hope someone can help,

I have a blue light card, but I am unable to add it, thus unable to get the discount. I walked into a store, and they told me they couldn't do it, so I followed the instructions, but was still unable. When I agreed to the contract on Friday, she informed me that I could go in-store, and they could help.

I am dyslexic and finding this really quite confusing and need support with it, as I am at a complete loss.

The Bluelight card is done differently, and the stores cant add it on..
