I can't find my Airtime Rewards credit on my bill

I manage 3 mobile numbers for my family on my account and generally cover all our bills with airtime rewards. I can see on 2 of the accounts that a credit has been applied and when I click on 'see the adjustment' I can view the reward credit.

 

The newest mobile account is not the same. This account is only about 3 months old but 2 reward credits have been made to it which I cannot view at all. The bill this month seems like one of the credits may not have been applied but I can't see a breakdown of the adjustment to see. I've messaged Airtime Rewards and they say the credit has been applied. I've look on the app and PC. How can it be so hard to view my own billing data???! I can't find a way to even ask O2. How do I find the credit to view? I've followed the same path as my other 2 accounts and it's  not there

And just below are 2 links for O2's Social Media Team if Airtime pushes back - they should be able to see the inbound credit to the newer number you've had trouble with - good luck! Be persistent with O2, though!
